Alan Lane, the Founder, and Executive Director of, Our Foundation for Children, Inc. is native of Hackensack New Jersey and has been in Charlotte, NC for 8 years. Having obtained a BA in Pyschology from Thomas A. Edison University, A masters degree in Industrial Psychology from the University of Phoenix, this gave him a thirst and foundation of theory and models to associate human behavior without shaming or blaming.
